Holiday Stress & Keeping Up (NO THANKS!)
As the holidays approach and life gets busy...I want to remind everyone YOU ARE ENOUGH! Don't waste a second of your precious time on this beautiful planet comparing yourself (or your family) to anyone else! Your social media feeds are about to get flooded with those "perfect" family photos, the "impressive" holiday home decor, and all the fancy holiday trips people are taking. WHO CARES?!?!?! My advice...IGNORE IT!!! You are raising tiny humans; I promise they do not care about any of that! I have spent too many years trying to "keep up" with everyone while putting too much pressure on myself. I have realized over the years, especially after becoming a mom, that I should not have to keep up with anyone to keep them in our lives. In fact, the friends and family meant to be in our lives will be there no matter what!!!! These are the people who will make your holidays and life extra special.
